Our Mission
Tov Yah, Ethiopia exists to demonstrate the goodness of God by serving vulnerable children, elderly individuals, and underserved communities in Ethiopia through direct assistance, education support, and biblical teaching.We believe God’s goodness should be visible—not only proclaimed, but practiced—especially in places affected by war, famine, displacement, and economic hardship.Our ministry began simply: feeding children who were attending school without breakfast. What started with six children has grown into ongoing support for children, elderly pastors, and families across Oromia, Tigray, and Addis Ababa, while also strengthening churches through foundational Christian teaching.

Our work focuses on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.Support Vulnerable Children & FamiliesWe provide monthly food assistance and education support to children from low-income and single-parent households, helping stabilize their nutrition and school attendance. Currently we are supporting 36 children, and one single woman, and four elderly couplesCare for Retired PastorsWe support elderly retired pastors whose fixed incomes have been overwhelmed by inflation, ensuring dignity, food security, and care.Strengthen Churches Through TeachingWe provide in-person, short-term biblical teaching and discipleship in underserved regions, focusing on foundational Christian doctrine, encouragement, and leadership development.Serve Communities HolisticallyThrough in-person ministry and daily WhatsApp engagement, we offer prayer, Scripture reading, discussion, and spiritual support for individuals and communities.
